Our global client is looking for an ambitious Business Manager / EA to support the newly appointed CEO and President. You will provide full executive, administrative, and development support and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the President / CEO.
You will complete a broad variety of administrative tasks and coordinate logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally. You will manage Board activities as appropriate and coordinate Executive meetings, maintain confidential files and contact information; coordinates meetings, conferences, and committees both on and off site to support the President’s agenda. You will assist in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and prepares an account of the meetings and designates and follows up on assigned action items.
You will have an MBA as well as 5-10 years providing support for upper-level management in a related organization. Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and donors is key to the success of this role. You will be proficient in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint and be able to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well-written manner. You will also be given responsibility for special projects.
