Role Summary:
Our client has significant growth plans within the DACH area that rely on the recruitment of a driven, passionate professional and experienced sales leader with a successful track record in sales, business development and team management. This is an exciting time to join a truly global organisation that puts sales & marketing at the forefront of its business activities
You will be responsible for strategic sales growth in the region and increase market share by developing, reviewing, and implementing the Sales Strategy and effectively lead a sales team to further success and develop key accounts and transactional sales activities.

Experience Required:
Strong experience selling solutions value-based proposition.
Experience in automotive or defence sector
Will have managed teams 8-25 people. Hand-on leader
Can manage underperforming team, pipelines
German native or lived in Germany a long time/ingrained in culture, fluent German speaker
Good knowledge of SalesForce
