They work with over 45,000 independents around the world, and they span across a variety of sectors in the retail and hospitality industry

 

 

Role:

  • Lead and manage the Customer Success and Technical Support teams for the related products 
  • Manage and support recruitment, performance, development and training processes to ensure the customer support organisation competencies and capabilities reach the business goals and expectations
  • He/she will be responsible for overseeing a team of approx. 40 individuals and take ownership to develop growth
  • Report and analyse KPIs/ SLAs, while continuously driving customer excellence, quality and efficiencies ensuring they continually reviewed and expectations are met with optimum levels of quality & service delivery
  • Empowering the Customer Support & Customer Success teams and aligning them together
  • Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiencies across the business
  • Creating an open and energetic culture at every level in the organisation. Leading by example and establishing recognition from employees as a supportive, strong and credible leader

 

 

Required:

  • Experience managing and leading large geographically dispersed teams and thrives on problem solving
  • Innovative towards all aspects of the role
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Able to develop and nurture improved performance
  • Excellent communication, engagement and development of people skills
  • Possess the drive to work in a fast-paced/ high growth environment. An independent worker, self-starter that has experience and gravitas to act on issues with appropriate urgency with little guidance 
  • Ability to work efficiently and intensely while managing multiple priorities in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Ideally have experience working for and reporting into US/Canada headquartered companies whilst based in Europe
