Our client is a fast-growing US based Software vendor. They are a leading global provider of enterprise software and services that enables companies to manage and optimize their environmental, health, safety and sustainability processes.

 

Role

The International Strategic Alliances Director develops and manages key revenue generating business-to-business relationships throughout EMEA and AsiaPac. This is a results-oriented management role in our sales organization. The individual is required to develop and broker trusted relationships with our business partners, while also working closely and staying aligned with our internal leadership, sales, consulting, and product management teams.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Helping define partner role for complex sales
    strategies on key accounts
  • Building relationships with our business partners which include:
    • Large system Integration firms like Accenture, Honeywell, Deloitte, etc
      • Results measured as leads and influenced sales results
    • Environmental, Health and Safety consulting firms like ERM, CH2M, AECOM
      • Results measured as leads and influenced sales results
    • Software firm relationships such as Infor, eVision, Enhesa, etc
      • Results measured as leads and influenced sales results
    • Distribution firms in selected geographic locations
      • Results measured as indirect sales results

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following

  • 10 years software or services business experience, ideally in a sales or alliances role, and ideally in the EH&S space
  • Prior management experience is preferred
  • Existing relationships with SI, consulting firms, and software firms a plus
  • Experience working with resellers and distribution channels is preferred
  • Skills with PPT, Word, Excel, Salesforce.com, Sharepoint
  • Exceeded $1M software or consulting sales in prior roles
  • Self-starter requiring minimal supervision
