This is a great opportunity to join a leading international software vendor. Our client provides Supply Chain/ SCM  Logistics Software solutions and is growing globally.

Role:

  • Lead and manage the Customer Support specialist team for TMS related products. The team is first point of contact for customers as subject matter experts.
  • Manage and support performance, development and training processes to ensure the customer support organisation competencies and capabilities reach the business goals and expectations
  • You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 4 individuals and take ownership to develop growth
  • Report and analyse KPIs/ SLAs, while continuously driving customer excellence, quality and efficiencies ensuring they continually reviewed, and expectations are met with optimum levels of quality & service delivery
  • Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiencies across the business
