This is a great opportunity to join a leading international software vendor. Our client provides Supply Chain/ SCM / Logistics Software solutions and is growing globally. You will be part of the EMEA HR team which supports approximately 550 employees throughout the EMEA region in 14 countries. You will be responsible for providing operational HR advice to the NL business and for recruitment support of other EMEA countries. Together with an HR Assistant you will support around 75 employees across 2 locations.
- Hands of HR generalist experience
- Good understanding and appreciation of company structure, culture and business objectives
- Competence in IT including HR Systems
- Ideally candidate would come from a high growth Technology company
- Knows change management and process management
- General knowledge of employment legislation Knowledge
