Title: Interim HR Manager / Director Germany -
Software and Services Vendor (1 year project)

Location: Germany, Remote

 

Company:

Our client is a fast-growing US based Software and
Services vendor. They are a leading provider of Risk Management and EHS Software
and Services, primarily into the Environmental Health & Safety market
(EHS). Our client has over 3000 customers in more than 70 countries.

 

Role:

Due to continued growth and following an acquisiton
our client has made, they require an Interim HR Manager/ Director to help in
reviewing, and advising, on their HR structure and processes in Germany.

 

You will be working closely with the HR Leadership
in the US, and elsewhere in Europe, to advise and put in place best working
practices and proceesses in a rapidly growing business. You will deliver HR
management strategies for workforce planning, resourcing, performance
management, colleague and leadership development, employee relations,
succession planning and process improvement. 

 

Required Experience:

Progressive experience in Human Resources with at
least 3 years of experience in a management role and minimum of 3 years of
experience working as a Company representative to a Works Council. Experience
with mergers and integration preferred.

Understanding
of overall business strategies and implications of HR policies, decisions and
program implementations.

·        
Extensive
experience of Germany regulations, Works Council rights and navigating with
Works Council.

·        
Ideally
experience working for an international Software, IT Services or IT Consulting
vendor

·        
Extensive
experience with development and interpretation of HR policies.

·        
Ability
to develop strong working relationships in order to gain support on initiatives
and achieve results.

·        
Demonstrated
experience coaching business and functional leaders in a broad range of HR
matters including complex and difficult employee relations issues.
