  • Managing an established portfolio of key accounts in the Nordic & Baltic region
  • Proactively identify, locate, and qualify new business leads
  • Drive solution sales in the region, actively upsell existing accounts
  • Act as a solutions expert in analysing customer needs, clarify expectations, and successfully communicate and sell our client’s product solutions
  • Diligently follow up and manage extensive customer contact including presentations, demonstrations, group meetings, and sales calls
  • Manage the sales process from lead identification through close


  • 5+ years of experience selling complex software solutions to B2B customers in the software industry, media industry, telecom or similar
  • Experienced in developing new business, identifying and selling to customer needs utilizing a consultative sales approach as well as Account Management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to support multiple product lines in a growing, fast-paced environment
  • Ambitious, competitive mind-set and learn agile
  • Fluent in English and native local language (Swedish or Norwegian)
