Role

  • Proactively generate new business leads consistently at or above quota, through outbound and qualified inbound leads
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stake holders to grow new business
  • Partner with the Inside Sales team to develop industry expertise and collaborate on appropriate opportunities

 

Required

  • Proven experience of being persuasive, influential and professional on the phone
  • The ability and drive to meet daily, weekly and monthly metrics and activities to achieve success
  • Internal drive for personal and team achievement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, as well as excellent listening skills
  • IT is ideal but not a must have
  • Detailed oriented – good documentation
  • Fluent Swedish & English
