Due to growth in Australia, they are looking for a National Sales and Operations Manager
As the National Sales andOperations Manager, you are the field liaison between the Global Headquarters and franchisees in all areas of operations within the studios. This position will be responsible for planning, organizing and guiding the outcomes in all performance and operational areas for the assigned region and studios within. This position offers support to the Franchisees in all areas of operation to include but not limited to financial and KPI analysis, operational systems education, implementation & training support, fitness, membership sales support, and marketing management support.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a leader in the fitness industry OR Franchise business, and thrive in a customer service environment. Must have proven successful management experience preferably in franchise and/or the fitness sector
