As Product Support Technician, you will provide support to customers whom are already using our clients’ products. Will full training available, this is an excellent opportunity to learn about many different technologies and products within the EOM Software area. You will diagnose problems and recommend solutions, with full support of both local and USA based colleagues.
· 1 year + experience in an IT Support role
· Clear analytical and diagnostic skills
· Good verbal and written German and English
· Previous experience of handling requests via phone and/or email will be advantageous
