Title: Sales Director CEE
Location: Germany, Remote office
Our client is a leading data management software company with more than 11,000 enterprise customers and 2,000 employees worldwide.
They have a wide portfolio of solutions location intelligence, customer information management and engagement solutions with powerful data integration and optimization software.
The Sales Director CEE, will manage a team of enterprise sales executives across Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Czech and Hungary.
- Grow license, data and professional services sales across the portfolio
- Lead and coach the sales team to execute on the strategy
- Support the sales team in the region to qualify opportunities in named accounts and via channel partners
- Specifically identify “new logo” opportunities, building pipeline in non-named accounts, across target verticals and driving net new license and data sales
- Develop strategic alliance/OEM partnerships in Central EMEA and enable them in the target markets
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Director with enterprise software and services sales background and proven success of both high-end solution and product sales
- Deep product knowledge of enterprise software for data management
- Track record in the management, motivation and development of sales teams
- Proven history of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets quarter on quarter as well as annual basis
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to develop new opportunities
- Experience of working with customers in more than one country across Central EMEA
- Fluent in German
