They have a wide portfolio of solutions location intelligence, customer information management and engagement solutions with powerful data integration and optimization software.

Responsibilities:

 

The Sales Director CEE, will manage a team of enterprise sales executives across Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Czech and Hungary.

  • Grow license, data and professional services sales across the portfolio
  • Lead and coach the sales team to execute on the strategy
  • Support the sales team in the region to qualify opportunities in named accounts and via channel partners
  • Specifically identify “new logo” opportunities, building pipeline in non-named accounts, across target verticals and driving net new license and data sales
  • Develop strategic alliance/OEM partnerships in Central EMEA and enable them in the target markets

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Sales Director with enterprise software and services sales background and proven success of both high-end solution and product sales
  • Deep product knowledge of enterprise software for data management
  • Track record in the management, motivation and development of sales teams
  • Proven history of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets quarter on quarter as well as annual basis
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to develop new opportunities
  • Experience of working with customers in more than one country across Central EMEA
  • Fluent in German
