Title: Sales Director International – CX / Customer Experience / CX BPO / CX Technology

Location: Utrecht

Salary: Very competitive

Our client is looking for an ambitious Sales Director to lead their international sales team, based in both The Netherlands and the USA. They are looking for someone with a proven international sales leadership experience, a candidate who is able to put in place structure and process in a very fast moving, and rapidly growing organisation. You will be the sales leader, but also a thought leader and the face of the company at events, tradeshows etc.

Required:  

  • 10+ years experience with B2B sales and/or account management in a high growth environment managing complex sales cycles, with at least 5 years’ experience managing and developing a growing sales team.
  • Passionate about Customer Experience with a clear vision on future developments impacting CX.
  • You have experience at a BPO or CX-related tech company.
  • Results-oriented. Demonstrable ability to deliver against targets, while managing different responsibilities, personalities and tasks.
  • Entrepreneurial. You’re a self-starter and have a clear vision on how to grow business in a constructive manner.

Over the past 20 years, our client has used their expertise to help our clients optimize their Customer Experience (CX). Primarily focused on the video games and consumer electronics industries, they provide omnichannel support using the latest technology to deliver outstanding customer support.
