Our Client is a rapidly growing, disruptive global franchise fitness organisation, with more that 1000 locations open in the US, and 150 plus across 23 other countries globally.
Due to fast growth plans, more than 400 new studios under development internationally, they are looking to create a senior European leadership team
The International Sales Manager will be responsible for providing day-to-day sales and business development direction and support to Franchisees across Europe. This is multi-faceted position that requires a strong foundational knowledge of all aspects of sales and key performance metrics, business development and support functions and strong independent judgement to supervise the franchisees’ implementation of processes relating to studio sales execution, best practices for effective pre-sales and financial and KPI analysis.
- Minimum of 5-10 years franchise sales experience required
- Bi-lingual is required or Multilingual, a plus but not required
- Minimum of 3 years’ previous sales experience, preferably in Business, Sports Management and/or Health & Wellness industry
