- Provide technical and functional expertise throughout the pre-sales process
- Collaborate with Sales / Product management / Marketing
- Build strong client relationships and ensure that you exceed client expectations.
- Leads discovery process to help qualify an opportunity from both a business and a technical perspective
- Create and provide product presentations and workshops
- Match software function with the client requirements through understanding the client business needs
- Start-up mentality
- At least 5 years of technology sales with at least 3 years pre-sales experience
- Proven experience in ERP sector – manufacturing + distribution experience preferred (whole fulfilment chain)
- Strong communication/ can communicate effectively with manufacturers
- Go-getter – someone who can provide support across the business/ projects in different areas as needed
