Using systems, tools and established processes the Solution Architect provides advanced technical support to new and existing internal and external clients. Develops, tests and implements standard and custom solutions as part of a project according to the client requirements
IT Degree or similar qualification is essential for this role
Proven SQL experience is essential (Oracle PL/SQL experience is preferred)
Previous expereince of working in a service desk / help desk environment will be beneficial
3+ years in Solution Architecture or Solution Management experience including: solutioning an automated business process based upon client processes and documenting business requirements, use cases, and technical specifications to direct analyst work in implementation.
