Working closely with a small, supportive professional services team (with a market leader in the areas of Customer Engagement and Cyber intelligence solutions) you will engage directly with clients and be responsible for the technical delivery of both customised and bespoke customer experience solutions. Ideally you will have experienced all stages of the software development lifecycle (in several projects) and have used web services e.g. SOAP and OData. You will have working knowledge of C# and understanding of majority of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, ASP.NET. 

This is a hands-on role where you can take ownership of projects from leading workshops, training, technical specifications and providing expertise and consultancy throughout the project. 

Key to success is the ability to work in a client facing role in a fast-paced, changing environment. Your customers are likely to be global and you will enjoy taking the lead in complex situations.
