This is a great opportunity to join a leading international software vendor in a newly created role. Our client provides Enterprise Resource Planning/ERP and Customer Relationship Management/ CRM and is growing globally. You will take ownership of the product lifecycle and become the bridge between engineering, sales and the customer. You will also communicate effectively with clients and internal team members across sales, services, development in order to road map and drive development and verification through the complete development lifecycle. it's important to be hands-on to improve the definition of the feature, perform proof-of-concept testing and/or provide data where necessary to support recommendations. You will ensure new features can be managed and configured with necessary flexibility to support feature adoption and success with customers to handle themselves. An important part of the role is overseeing software compliance. 

To be successful, you will have 2+ years’ experience working in product management with emphasis on ERP, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, experience writing detailed product and technical specifications. You may be in a Systems Admin role or and IT Manager with knowledge of GDPR, Cyber Security and hosting & Cloud.
