This senior position is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, driven, high achieving sales leader within an international organization of a leader in the Corporate Performance Management space. Reporting to the President, as VP Sales Americas, you will be responsible for driving growth across the Americas implementing the sales strategy and expanding our existing sales. A genuine opportunity to have real influence and recognition within an innovative, dynamic and ambitious company. 

As VP Sales Americas, you will be responsible for the operationalization and successful execution of the sales strategies and will be expected to create, implement and execute a go-to-market-strategy for both, direct and channel sales. You will build, lead amd mentor a sales team of highly talented individuals with a can-do and hands-on attitude who individually and collectively are changing the way planning solutions are sold.

To be successful, you will have 10+ years of senior level software sales experiences, both in channel and direct sales. You will be a true SaaS leader understanding how to sell the value of cloud and subscription-based solutions and offerings as well as having an existing network and high visibility within the Business Intelligence sector, preferably with experience in the Corporate Performance Management space. A proven C-Level network within USA – preferably within the CFO, Head of Finance area is important. You will be a strategic thinker who is visionary, innovative, creative and be intellectually agile.
