What's Involved in Career Coaching?

Career coaching is not for everyone and it's important to be ready to take on the commitment required to reach successful outcomes. We want our clients to be as sure as they can be about not only strarting the journey, but starting it with us.

We always offer an initial complimentary session which will be a face to face, skype or telephone meeting to find out a bit more about you, what you're looking for, and how we might work together. We will take you through the process, our working approach, and answer any questions you may have. By the end of that meeting, you should have a good understanding of what's invloved and if it's right for you.  There is no obligation to work with us following this meeting. We beleive that you should really want to engage in the processes and you should feel comfortable doing this with us.

What follows will be a series of in-depth 1-1½ hour sessions of discussion and analysis. Your coach will work through an open process and use carefully selected exercises and counselling skills to help you gain greater insight and make meaningful career related decisions. The process is flexible and we work with you to ensure that the sessions are tailored to really meet your particular needs. We suggest between 4 -6 meetings but this would be agreed during the initial consultation.
